A 23-year-old Lexington man unleashed a torrent of violent threats against President Trump and law enforcement officers on social media, leading to his arrest and federal charges. Kadrioan Serainity Santiago, 23, began posting threatening messages on Instagram in January 2026, saying he was ‘filled with political violence.’ He called for others to shoot at ICE agents and threatened to kill them himself.
The threats escalated in March 2026, when Santiago posted a graphic warning to President Trump, saying he’d cut his face with a razor blade and feed his skin to stray dogs. He also vowed to kill the next cop who interacted with him.
On April 1, 2026, the FBI received a tip about Santiago’s posts and swooped in, arresting him and charging him with interstate threatening communication. ‘Threatening violence against the President and federal law enforcement officers strikes at the core of our nation’s safety and the rule of law,’ said First Assistant US Attorney Jason Parman.
The FBI warns that threats against public figures will be met with swift and decisive action. ‘We will find you’ if you hide behind a screen to unleash threats, said Special Agent in Charge Olivia Olson.
