Oklahoma Man Charged with Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition
Maidel Aguilar-Morales, 31, of Sapulpa, is facing federal charges for allegedly being an alien unlawfully in the United States in possession of a Byrco Arms .22 caliber semi-automatic pistol and ammunition.
According to the indictment, Aguilar-Morales was found in possession of the firearm and ammunition on an unspecified date. The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations, Sapulpa Police Department, and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives are leading the investigation.
