A 68-year-old Vermont man has been sentenced to 60 months in prison for possessing a staggering collection of child sexual abuse materials. Willard Perry, of Milton, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of child pornography and was sentenced on July 24, 2026. The investigation, led by the FBI, uncovered over 50,000 images and videos of child abuse, including content depicting prepubescent female children being sexually assaulted. Perry’s sentencing is part of the nationwide Project Safe Childhood initiative, which aims to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse.
The disturbing cache of child abuse materials found on Perry’s devices included images and videos of children as young as three years old being bound, blindfolded, and assaulted.
