The organization, which referred to itself as ‘GTR’ or ‘Getting to Riches,’ operated in the Green Bay and Milwaukee areas, with members frequently traveling to Phoenix, Arizona to purchase large quantities of fentanyl. The defendants were sentenced between July 2025 and May 2026, with sentences ranging from 48 to 204 months. The defendants, including Ricky Q. Chambers, Jaylen T. Allen, and Peyton Shipman-Allen, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute fentanyl, with the exception of Chambers, who was found guilty following a jury trial. The sentences handed down reflect the severity of the crime, with Chambers receiving 204 months in prison, followed by 7 years of supervised release.
