A 23-year-old Miramar man is accused of producing child porn in a federal indictment. Arthur Gabriel Young allegedly created six videos and images of minors engaging in sex acts, which he then shared online.
The investigation, led by Homeland Security Investigations, the Gainesville Police Department, and the Westminster Police Department, uncovered the disturbing content on Young’s devices.
Young faces up to 30 years in prison for the production counts and up to 20 years for the receipt and possession counts. His trial is set for May 27, 2026.
The case is part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse.
