Tony Eugene Bahe, a 38-year-old Tulsa resident, was sentenced to 180 months in federal prison for running a massive methamphetamine distribution operation out of the city. Officers found 22 kg of meth, 8 grams of fentanyl, and 22 guns during two searches of Bahe’s homes.
According to court records, Bahe was busted in November 2024 after Tulsa Police executed two search warrants on homes suspected of being used for drug distribution. In the first home, officers found Bahe with a loaded firearm, 8 grams of fentanyl, and methamphetamine broken down for distribution.
The second search turned up 15 kg of meth, ballistic body armor, digital scales, and more. A K-9 sniff on Bahe’s truck revealed an additional 24 kg of meth.
Bahe, a member of the Cherokee Nation, will serve his sentence concurrently with a 120-month sentence for drug conspiracy. He admitted to conspiring with others to distribute bulk quantities of methamphetamine throughout the community, breaking it down for individual sale.
Court records show Bahe has a history of felony convictions making it unlawful for him to possess a firearm and ammunition.
