Fentanyl peddler Wilson Rosario, 36, a Dominican national, stored tens of thousands of deadly doses just steps from an Allentown elementary school and playground. The stash, part of a larger operation, was uncovered in August 2023.
Rosario, aka ‘Joshua,’ was charged in May 2025 and pleaded guilty in January to conspiracy, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, and two counts of distributing near protected locations.
According to court records, Rosario was selling fentanyl to anyone willing to buy, with the Bureau of Narcotics Investigation (BNI) conducting controlled purchases with a confidential source.
U.S. Attorney David Metcalf slammed Rosario for ‘wasting no time’ in exploiting the U.S. and ‘profiting off the misery of addiction.’
Rosario’s 15-year sentence, plus a $3,000 fine and $300 assessment, will keep him behind bars until 2039.
