BOSTON — In a grim turn of events, 41-year-old Robert David Austin from New Bedford found himself in the clink yesterday after being arrested on child exploitation charges. The allegations against Austin are nothing short of chilling.

According to federal prosecutors, Austin is accused of receiving and possessing child pornography, engaging in activities on a messenger application where such graphic material is traded.
